Refurbished item. One of the rubber rings is missing.
Didn't realize it was a refurbished item until I got my pair. I think the title of the product should say so... Also, one of the rubber rings that fit around the phone is missing. Besides those problems, it's a good product. Great fit, great sound. I recomend it, but beware of refurbished items. Read all the description.

Finally something that works for me. It stays in my ear when running and it's comfortable. I love the fact that it comes with various sizes on all ear pieces.
