Sennheiser CX 275 S Universal Mobile Headset

Works Perfectly
Sennheiser is well known the world over for great audio and they have kept the record going with the CX 275S.
With three different ear bud sizes to choose from, almost anyone should be able to find a fit.
Luckily, I did not need the included adapter to use the headset out of the box but it's there if you have an odd duck.
So how does it sound? Very good. It's clear as a bell with good frequency response. The mic is sensitive but not overly so and it seems to cut down on ambient noise while driving or walking on the street. I didn't need to hold up the mic closer to my mouth or any such procedure, it picked up the conversation pretty well regardless.
The only issue is the lack of any kind of documentation, which is nitpicking on my part. It's not that difficult to figure out how to use it, but I wanted to know which earbud fit into which ear, for example.

**Update (2/27/2013): I'm still using the product and it continues to perform well. I have found that...

Does the Sennheiser CX 275 S Universal Mobile Headset, sound like what you may be looking for? :)...

Disappointing sound
Price seemed good for the brand, which has been around for a long time and is well respected. And reviews were pretty good, too. But they really were disappointing. Preferred the sound and fit of my old, cheap Creative EP630's (just wish they made a mic'd version of them - they did, I think, but can't find them now). I found the Sennheiser CX275 way too bright in the treble, the mid range seemed dull, and the bass was poor too. Ended up with AKG K376. A little more expensive but they have a much more natural sound. Also the cord is more substantial and seems to have less cord noise, which seemed like it could be an issue with the Sennheisers. The sound was just so poor that I did not use Sennheisers much. I should have sent them back but threw them in a drawer and forgot about them. Now I am outside the 30 day return window.
