I received the packages last Friday. After tested it out and fond the optical input did not work. So I called HiF-iHeaven on Monday.
Ryan picked up the phone, asked me a few questions and arrange me to return the amplifier. However before I did, I found out that it works on CD and not only on SD. So every thing is cool. The night mare of any online purchase is the phone tack game, wait and messages.
Ryan there was very courteous and act fast, giving me all the information for the return. Incidentally, the music comes out very good and detail. The system is expensive, but important thing is the purchase turns out no hassel and I am happy.
