Great for Audio Conferencing
We use these for all of our sales presentors when holding web conference calls. You will need a USB to XLR connector for the Microphone, but the sound is far superior to any normal headset. The microphone has good rejection and the headphones sound very good. The sound isolation for the headphones are very good, so you can hear every word from the folks you are presenting to. Microphone is very good, but not quite as good as an SM 57 or SM 58 but TONS better than any USB headset out there. They are large, so may not be a good option for video converencing unless you want to have the sport caster look. BONUS: very good for listening to music!
Sennheiser HMD280-XQ - outstanding
I purchased this product as a novice doing a startup podcast. I have found that the headset is comfortable, ready out of the box, and perfect for the task. The Sennheiser gives me a sounds that is as professional as anything I have heard from any podcast or other voice-audio output. Not cheap, but for those who can afford it I would recommend the product highly.
Professional Head Phones & Microphone
The delivery was excellent. The headset is professional quality and is durable and has excellent audio quality. The rugged construction makes it ideal for serious users and traveling. The sound quality is almost as good as my Senheisner EC5 pro ear buds...perhaps as good. Great buy and great seller A++++
