It wasn't as easy as I thought it was going to be to review these headphones. For one thing they're capable of a lot more tweaking than other phones I've owned.
But I've broken my thoughts down into two categories: physical aspects, and listening aspects.
WHAT I LIKED - physical
--these JBL phones are awesome looking. Gray and white, they have a metal cross-head connector
--soft ear pads that pivot
--there's a button on the cord that turns off the ITUNES player (woot!) so you can answer the kids questions or the phone
--while I didn't use it, the button unit also serves as a voice mike

WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE - physical
--short cord. 48 inches might sound like a lot, but you won't be wandering far from your source. (You won't be able to stand up if you're tall.)

Best Headphones I've Ever Owned
My favorite features of these headphones are the materials they are made of, the ear cushions, and the sound. My least favorite part of these is the cord.
The materials: I have a big head, so I go through over the ear headphones rather quickly due to the stress I place on the band just putting them on and taking them off. With these headphones, the band is metal with helpful size markers on the band. The actual cans look like and mixture of plastic and metal. The ear cushions: To add to my big head, my ears are very sensitive, which adds to my trouble with over the ear headphones. Most headphones press on my ears and irritate them after wearing them for only a half hour, but these are so incredibly comfortable that I've worn these for several hours without feeling any pain or irritation. The cans...
Awesome if on sale...
Own or have used many $100 sets of headphones. When these were offered at $99 I figured the despite the Brazil colors it was worth a try and simply put-- EPIC! They are easily as good as Bose/Sennheiser/Beats/Monster that cost three times as much (the $300 beats offered at apple stores are a clear step down).
