Sennheiser CX 5.00i White In-Ear Canal Headset

First Sennheiser Product - very pleased

This is my first Sennheiser product i have tried many other products for gaming / music, such as razer and steelseries to name a couple. And these earbuds sound far better then all of them, the sound is so crisp and clean. The bass is just right and not overpowering and the mids and highs are great too. They fit Snug into the ear and dont come out, and block out most sound around you. The wire is just about 2 - 2 and a half feet, its long enough for you to have your music / phone in your pocket and still have wiggle room. Just an overall great product for the price. I have no cons about the earbuds

Optimal quality-to-cost ratio
I needed an in-ear headset for my daily use with my motorcycle. I was a previous musicians so I know what to expect in terms of sound quality, robustness, and versatility. Sound quality first. The headset is not hi-end, nor it lies in the top ranked shelf but the sound quality is far high with respect to many the-same-cost headset and are not comparable with lower price gadget. I tested many brands, this are a bit lower level than Bose in-ear type, but the cost is actually half. The bass and treble are powerful, whereas midrange could have been more defined. I heard both classic, jazz, fusion, pop, and rock (I am crazy about music) and sometimes some midrange instruments are not so audible. Not a big issue but for sound purists this is a limitation. The hearing experience is great however especially when driving your bike in a croudy lane wearing your helmet. Thanks to the ear caps the noise is (almost) left outside and you can really enjoy the drive with your favorite music. One...

Great clarity...crisp and deliberate...much better than beats for rock and metal. Phone call use is good as well. Buttons work great. Not as loud as some others...but sound is very good. So...no sacrifice of sound for volume. Fit is good...stays in ear without constant adjustment.
