Disappointed - would not eject DVD
Very disappointed. I was really excited when I ordered this product. When I received the package, some of the tape was cut, so I was initially concerned, but after looking inside the box, everything looked ok. I searched the internet to see if I could force the tray to eject the disc, but nothing worked. I've since returned the product but lost a DVD in the process.
Nice Refurbs
Bought two units. Both work flawlessly. Gets the job for the right price!
