Buyer Beware! The Amazon Instant Video app may be missing from this player!
Buyer beware! We purchased the DMP-BDT220 player from Costco. The model number was designated as DMP-BDT220CP. On certain blu-ray players with this model number, the Amazon Instant Video app is missing and there is no way to download it! After spending about an hour trying to figure it out on my own, I called Panasonic technical support and was told that this bug affects approximately 1 in every 10 of these players. I was told by the rep that my only options were: 1) to wait for the next firmware upgrade (and they could not tell me when that would be!), or 2) to return the player and get another one.
Otherwise, the player seems to work well and has other apps for streaming movies. I'm just bummed, because we bought this one with the intent of streaming specifically from Amazon Instant Videos!

Multi function
Item has many function that we are slowly learning to use. Item is very user friendly, easy interface, and easy to hook up.
