Samsung BD-F6700 4K Upscaling 3D Wi-Fi Blu-ray Disc Player

Great blu-ray player!
I dont know why there aren't more positive reviews? This thing has done everything I wanted and then some. It plays back blu ray dvds beautifully and the apps all work great, no complaints! Dont let the other two negative reviews stir you away, as it almost did me. I did research on other sites and they all gave the BD-F6700 great reviews. I took the plunge and am very impressed.

Great blu-ray player
We upgraded to this player from another Samsung we had. If you have an HD TV, but it's not a "smart TV" with all the apps, this blu-ray gives you access to all the apps like netflix, amazon, vudu, hulu, games, etc. Much better than upgrading a TV, you just fire up the blu-ray player, go to the apps section and you can access all of it. Add the apps you want, it's simple. Good picture, easy to use menus. Not much else I can say about a blu-ray player, but this one is a definite upgrade from a simple player.

Well...I had higher hopes for this model...being it was a few models up the line. This is a cheap device, whose additional cost is not justified. The digital display doesn't even count seconds. Really? Are LED digits really that expensive? Cheap construction, cheap buttons. It does pay BDs just fine..though I have not used the 4K upscaling as my TV is 1080. This unit has a habit of rebooting itself when playing digital files (of off USB or network) and it also prone to lots of disconnects when running wirelessly. (My previous LG player never lost connection...so it is not my network). This...
