We bought this in order to be able to stream movies via the internet. It's compact and easy to install to our 8 year old TV. Withiin minutes, we were watching Netflix. We also have the ability to play Blu-ray discs as well as our DVDs.

It says in the description that this can play hulu plus. That is not true. There are pre set applications that can not be changed. I'm happy with it regardless I would be happier if the description were accurate though.
