Samsung BD-F5900 / BD-FM59B 3D Wi-Fi Blu-ray Disc Player - Manufacturer Refurbished

I recommend this item, with a caveat...
I bought this and it is apparent it is not refurbished. I doubt DealFisher even opened it when they got it back from the original buyer. It was missing the remote control, HDMI cable and audio cable. I promptly returned it.

EDIT: 5/17/14 After my initial review I was contacted by phone, directly by the seller. After apologizing for this problem, the seller had me return the item and shipped out a new unit. This new unit seems exactly that; it seems to have never been opened, had the remote and HDMI cable and it didn't look like the player had ever been unwrapped. I tested the unit last night with the "Desolation of Smaug" 3D Blu-Ray and it worked wonderfully. It's as good as a brand new unit at 1/2 the price and actually sold by a seller (DealFisher) that understands what good customer service is!

Great Deal! Great Quality! Loaded with everything including Amazon Video. Just what I needed!
I swear my Samsung BD-F5900 is a brand new unit. I love factory refurbs. They are usually like new. But with only a 90 day warranty, which is usually normal for refurbished items, I purchased the $5.00 2 year extended warranty. So I'm covered if there are any issues.

Taking it out of the box, I immediately knew I made the right choice. It's shiny, sleek and compact. Some say there is no display and the buttons suck? Well I have a display on mine and it is vivid, and the buttons work perfectly. I also like the remote. It is very easy to use. Mine came with the unit, remote, book and HDMI cable. I did not get any batteries, but that was no big deal.

I placed my unit in my rack, plugged it in, hooked up the HDMI to my receiver and turned it on. It immediately took me to a setup screen. Initial setup was a breeze. It is very explanatory. If you have trouble, it is probably because you just don't understand what you are doing. So just find someone who does. My...

great product
Everything is as the description states. I like the options of making it "smart", but that it still plays plain old DVDs (as well as Blu-ray). The remote is easy to figure out, and it was simple to set up too.
