Nice looking player. Plays disks well. Easy setup. Includes a HDMI cable.

This player will not stream Amazon video on demand. Amazon streaming was a main reason to select this model. The LG website is not accurate. LG customer service says Amazon video streaming was REMOVED from all Blu-Ray players. So, it's going back for a refund. Planning to buy Sony to replace this.

Great Blu-Ray Player!
I bought this at Costco a couple months ago and I have been completely satisfied. The blu-ray player is very quiet (I say this because if you have ever owned blu-ray players in the past, sometimes they run loud, like real loud), and the apps are very fast. In fact the apps are way faster than the apps that I have built into my Samsung or LG Smart TV's. Since the apps are so fast it keeps up very very well with the streaming, and makes the movies that are being streamed play crystal clear. I have a TV with Automotion 240hz (Trumotion), and with this blu-ray player and the Automotion feature, every movie I stream looks like I am playing a blu-ray disc. When playing a blu-ray disc I have to be honest, it plays just like any other blu-ray player (which is 1080p). One thing that is kind of a con is that I have had occasions where it runs a little slow, but that's the only nit-picking I have on this. It's still a great package.

This is the same as BP620

I paid extra because I looked up on LG website and it said BP620-C would be able to run Amazon Stream but it ends up once you connect on the internet, it forced you to upgrade the firmware then the apps would no longer include Amazon Stream so go buy BP620 instead of this one.
I just didn't bother to return it. Other than that it works and it's easy to setup.
Having a 3D player the first time in my life, it works pretty cool.
