Pros:

It is disconcerting for a television this large to be so light.
Picture is extraordinary right out of the box. Colors are vivid, detail is incredible with a 4k source. Upscaled 1080i (cable) looks like true 3d. Incredible depth of detail. Can't wait to see what it can do after calibration.
Basic controls are for the most part intuitive.

Cons:

Despite the curved screen, side views still degrade. Colors wash out to a fleshy beige tone. Best to sit in front of it.
Good thing basic controls are intuitive, features like voice activation, gestures, etc. aren't obvious, and documentation is lacking.
You need to know how to operate the remotes to find and use the eManual.

What an truly amazing TV. It was only delivered 5 days ago and I just love the picture and the TVs capabilities.

Here's what I have done so far:

Watched DirecTV ... Great picture. I have heard others say they don't see the difference in a 4k TV without 4K content. Not so for me. The 1080p transmissions from DirecTV look great.

Watched Blue Ray ... also great

Watched 3D Blue ray. Also great. Some have said that the active glasses are a negative. I did not find that so.

Hooked up my android and my windows tablet to the TV through an HDMI port. Worked flawlessly.

Set up my phone (Samsung also) to mirror on the screen. Worked great.

Watched video from my desktop computer hooked up wirelessly through Samsun-Link. Worked great

Listened to amazon Music wirelessly through the Samsung sound bar

Watched 4K video from both YouTube and Netflix

update nov 11:

So my picture issues had to do with the one connect box. I had it replaced and the difference was night and day. Although i had my 2nd box crash on me every single day but after 3 complete factory resets the problem resolved. I will write more but this there is information i need you to look up before you make your 4k tv purchase. First off i would say not to buy a 4K TV in 2014. The year of UHD is holiday 2015. Blu-ray 4K movies and players will be out then. Problem is they will support HDCP 2.2 (a requirement for any copyrighted 4k content) and the REC 2020 color space. These 2 term are super important when making a UHD purchase decision. Please google it.

a true UHD 4k uses a 10/12 bit panel and the Rec 2020 color space not the current 709 that is meant for 1080. It will not surprise me if they start marketing televisions q4 2015 and...
