Nothing could of prepared me for this TV
I was expecting this TV to be really good just because every reviewer in the world has said nothing but good things about it.
Well let me tell you, NOTHING and I mean NOTHING could of prepared for how AMAZING the video quality is!
This tv has the best blacks I have ever seen and the web OS is not only entertaining but very functional.
If I had any complaints it would be that the mounting bracket is not VESA compatible. There is only one mount available and nobody seems to stock it.
All in all I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. If you can afford this baby then look no further. As of right now it is the best TV in the world!

Hated LG for the 6 months delivery time, love LG for the best image I have ever seen by far. This thing is IMPRESSIVE!
I ordered my LG 65EC970V (Euopean Version) back in November 14. Yesterday I got the first TV set that arrived in my country after a six months wait. I should give for that one star max. I connected the set and started netflix with "Blacklist" one of the series Netflix is streaming in UHD or 4k. I was sitting in front of that TV for hours and it smashes everything I have ever seen anywhere in terms of picture quality. You turn the TV on and it stays black, you think it is not on but it really is. No washed out dark grey, just black. The colors are lively and truely from every angle the same. I downloaded some sample videos, put them on a stick and off we go. A soccer game between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid looked sensational although the sample is only 5mins long. Forget avout Full HD, if you have seen UHD on this OLED, you never want to go back. The difference is huge. Another sample video shows a time lapse video taken from the ISS showing earth, and this is where OLED...

12k hours means if you watch it daily for 4 hours it will last you 8 years .
Lg has done a great job I love this tv Sony and Samsung are few years behind in this technology and I think they will not be able catchup with lg's lead
