Elite Screens VMAX2 Series, Electric Drop Down Projection Screen, 120-inch Diagonal 16:9, Model: VMAX120XWH2

An excellent screen for your home theater
I bought this screen along with the Optoma HD20 High Definition 1080p DLP Home Theater Projector (Grey) for my home theater and it shows a fabulous picture.

Out of the box it was well assembled and the only thing required of me were my own mounting screws. I was pleased to see an RF and IR remote included for operating the screen as well as the optional wall mount switch with an optional 12V toggle.

Installation was simple, my friend and I mounted it to wall studs and finished in about 30 minutes. Like I said, all you need to buy are your choice of mounting screws as the case ships fully assembled and ready to mount. It takes about 40 seconds for the screen to completely lower or raise up. This is by design since this isn't a tensioned screen. If the motor were too fast, the screen might get folded up during rolling and cause a nasty crease or wrinkle like a window shade that went up too...

Awesome Screen, but Look Carefully Out Of The Box...
These screens are fantastic... the value for the money is incredible. I've had several over the years, and especially glad to have one in white now, to match the ceiling and go "low profile".

Hilights:
**Motorized feature is great for the "wow" factor when friends visit... saves you the hassle of yanking down a screen (and perhaps yanking it out of the ceiling if something catches).

**The image on screen is MUCH better than projected on a wall. I projected on white walls for years and was dumbfounded what I had been missing by not using a screen. If you're projecting on a wall, GET A SCREEN!

**The remotes are line of sight, so be aware of this when mounting. The screen does come with a little IR extender, but it's not the greatest design.

**The price for a screen this size is unheard of in the industry. It's an incredible deal, especially when coupled with a 1080p projector and bluray... you'll be blown away.

Great Screen Excellent Price
I initiatly spent three weeks looking for the perfect screen in my budget(under $400). I wanted an electric screen with a size of atleast 92". After looking around, I found that with my budget it would be very tough to find something to my liking. I then found the Elite V-Max. It boasts a huge 101" 16:9 screen, perfect for HDTV. At the price it was going for, I could not resist. I quickly ordered and three days later it was at my door.

When I saw it for the first time I couldn't belive how long it was. The box it was shipped in had to be over 100"(8.3ft) long. I did not like the way it was package it the box. There were just four little peices of styfo foam supporting the screen. The product did arrive in great shape, so that might be sufficent enough. Once I had the product out of box, I quickly mounted it on the wall of my new home theater room. This screen is very heavy and ackward, so a second person is a must. The wiring for the screen is very simple. A five foot...
