Sennheiser CX 985 Headphones

Fantastic sound quality! Superb design!
I got these about 5 months ago on another account. They are the best earbuds or headphones I have ever owned.
The sound quality is absolutely stunning! I listen to a very wide variety of genres between classical and heavy metal, and I can hear every instrument, every breath, every pick of the guitar, every beat of the drums, and every note on the piano. Everything is always crystal clear with zero distortion. It's like listening to my music for the first time. These are perfectly balanced. Not to much treble, mids, or bass. All of my music sounds the way it was intended to sound.
Being an audiophile, I would highly recommend that you start building up a library of high quality lossless music if you already haven't. Not that they won't sound good with lossy itunes music, they just won't be used to their full potential and you will miss out on the heavenly sounds these earbuds can deliver. I wouldn't have spent 170 dollars on earbuds if I didn't have the music to match...

Great Quality, Great Value

I usually spend 8-10 hours per day with earphones in. I've gone through several $30-$60 pairs of earphones, usually within the first 6 months of having them. I was getting tired of wearing them out, so I thought I would shop around. I found these. The two year warranty is what attracted me at first, since now I have some product security. I've had them for a few months now and they are holding up great. Not to mention absolutely unparalleled sound quality from any earphones I've ever used.

If you've got the money, don't hesitate to buy these.

Heaven in a Box (But Breaks Easily)

These headphones are INCREDIBLE. The sound is heavenly and outside noise is almost completely void. This product is well built and has quality written all over it. Comes with six sets of earplugs. Small, medium, and large of plugs with white on the inside or purple. The white ones are normal sound and the purple is a bass boosting type.

Every note is distinct no matter how much bass or how many different sounds are playing. I would recommend these headphones to anyone.

Edit: Over the last week I have been having problems getting these buds to play properly. If I just put the jack in something it sounds heavily muffled. I have to wiggle the jack around a bit to get it to work properly. It seems to be getting worse too. I think there is a loose wire somewhere. Dropped this from a 5 to a 3 pending how Sennheiser handles my situation.
